Charles Osei Assibey, Zachariah Suleman Yeboah, Andrew Agbo Kitcher, and Comfort Selby-Agyapong were elected as vice presidents.

In attendance at the meeting were newly-elected President Bawa Fuseini, Vice President in charge of administration Charles Osei Asibey, Francis Agbo Kitcher who is in charge of sponsorship for the association, Comfort Selby Agyapong, Treasurer Christopher Amankrah, Deputy Organiser Emmanuel Appiah Kubi as well as Chief Executive Officer Phillipina Frimpong.

The association has commenced serious preparations for the 13th African Games that will take place in Accra in March 2024.
